2nd Annual Constitution Day at the Park. We celebrated the the anniversary of the 1787 signing of the Constitution of the United States on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Folsom City Lions Park. This is a painting of the 2nd Annual Celebration. www.saccdg.org

This work is a plein air demo painting for my workshop/class at Elk Grove Fine Arts Center June 24, 2023. 22x15" abstract watercolor interpretation of the scene.
