Fall 2020"End of the Road", yes Fruitridge Road does end, just south of Rosemont. People are dumping trash on rural Sacramento County Roads. 22x15", watercolor number 3503.

The Red Christmas Star of the Night

In Mexico the bright red flowers were known as the Flores de Noche Buena, or Flowers of the Holy Night, for they bloomed each year during the Christmas season. Today, the common name for this plant is the poinsettia!


If it rains here in Carmichael, this is what the Effie Yeaw Nature Center can look like in November, green! Not this year. "November Nature", looking for an home or an exihibit. 22x15" watercolor, 2010, #2041.

Thank you for your support at Elk Grove Fine Arts Center Art Tour Event October 10, 2020. Watercolor #3483, 22x15" was painted on site. Next up on my calendar is a one man show at tyhe Elk Grove Fine Arts Center in February 2021.

In July the 3rd Saturday Paint Out Group went to Amador City to paint. Six of us participated on this cool morning in this pleasant little town. I painted the "Imperial Hotel Yet Again", 22x15" watercolor. Accepted to the WASH Inc. Open Show. Online only at www.sacramentowatercolor.org

"Freedom Angels, May 23, 2020", 22x15" watercolor, accepted Rancho Cordova Arts Member Show at the MACC. The exhibit has ended and this painting was available at my studio. It has since SOLD!
